How to get subscriptions on reader only and not via email

  How do I get blog post updates to come in on my reader only and not via email. Some come in on the reader only, some via email only and some both. I just want them all on the reader only.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can change your settings here:

  https://wordpress.com/following/edit/

  Click EDIT next to the name of the site you want to edit. Opt to turn off your post notifications.
