How to get tagline to show up in ideation and intent theme?

HI, I am still having trouble getting the tagline to show up under my site title?
It should be there in white, the same as the main title but just won’t seem to appear, what am I doing wrong?!!!

Not every theme has been designed to display an optional Tagline. If your theme is deigned to display one you enter it on this page > Settings General
