How to get taglines to appear?

  I just started by blog last night. I have a tagline, I typed in it, but it does not appear and I cannot figure out how to get that screen back. Any ideas?

  Hi sparkey3636,

  You can change your Tagline by going to your Dashboard -> Settings -> General. After you have entered your desired Tagline in the Tagline field, click Save Changes.

  Also make sure your theme displays taglines. Not every one does.
