If your domain does not offer the option to redeem it yourself it will be removed from your account when it enters the Redemption Period. In that case, please contact support for help redeeming the domain, and we will send you a link to make the required payment so we can recover the domain.

Thank you, our emails are working, which we are so grateful for, however the website is still down saying we are suspended, do we just have to wait a bit more time to cover the 72 hours? very concerned we have lost our website, we are unable to login as it says suspended.

That notice is coming from your hosting provider, in other words, it’s your hosting account that’s suspended, not your domain.
Based on the IP address you’ve added to the domain on our end, that hosting provider is https://www.singlehop.com/. Please contact them for help getting your site back online on their end.
