How to get tech support

    Is there a way to chat with a person live? I am on the business plan.

    Most of the support links take me back to the same AI chatbot, which is helpful, but I am not making any progress on this problem.

    When I look through my dashboards, I do not see any way to contact tech support.

    You can also contact us directly by email at help@wordpress.com.

    From your dashboard, you should be able to reach us as well. The AI Support Assistant is there to give you quick automated answers, but since you’re on an eligible plan, you’ll also see options to connect directly with one of our Happiness Engineers via live chat or email after the AI assistant responds.
