How to get the AutoFocus homepage to look like the demo

I am using the AutoFocus Theme but I can’t get the homepage to look like the demo- how do I get all those thumbnails in different sizes on the homepage? I am not an experienced web person so if someone could please explain in very simple terms. I’ve got photos in the media library, I know that, and I know how to set the featured image for each different page or post, but where are those photos on the homepage even coming from? The page I need help with is http://www.smallchangeforbigchangeguatemala.com. Thank you!!!
