Hey there!
This isn’t possible. Because zooming happens locally, within your browser, no adjustments you make on our end will keep the background from zooming in and out with the rest of you page.

Thank you for the reply, I’ve found this website with confit theme (same as my theme), you can see the background size is fixed while zooming the screen in and out.How can I do the same?

Confit allows you to add background image that covers the whole page with a fixed position,but default it is turned on. That generates the effect you’re looking for.
It appears you opted-out of the feature. To get it back, open up your site’s Customizer and view the Theme Options tab. Uncheck “Disable Full Page Background Image” and then Save Changes.
