How to get the best/most exposure for my new website

I want people to visit my new website. Legal abuse is a problem affecting millions of Americans. How do I reach them? First I want to built interest; gain support, and implement a plan for a solution.

These settings change emails sent from your blog to followers.
Logged out users __ Show follow button to logged out users.Checking this will present a follow button to logged out users in the bottom corner of their screen.
