How to get the blog back which I deleted.

I deleted a blog which I created for some issue with that blog name. But now I feel I should have the same. Can I get it back.
When I view the blog, it shows “The authors have deleted this blog.”
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You’ll have to create a blog at a new address.
