How to get the upload to work

  My address is maryneildance.wordpress.com I am not able to upload the pictures I want to post or create a new library of pictures. Never had this problem before, but when I try and upload it doesn’t go anywhere

  How do I update or find out if I am using EI9?

  Under the Help tab I believe there is an About. Click that and it will tell you your version.

  I cannot find it in help…do I have to upgrade to premium…Dont want to as I dont use it that much

  No, upgrades will not help. You need to use Firefox or Chrome.
