How to get the views of Authors be counted in the Stats of my free blog ?

    I am thinking to create a bit like a social media where every user ( who has applied to join ) will be an author and can write posts through the dashboard. But if they are authors, their views would not get counted in the stats page. So is there any way to count the views of Authors so that I can find out my daily progress. I am ready to use any 3rd party software but the only condition is that it should be free and I am using the free version of WordPress.com, so no plugins and no javascript.
