how to get the wordpress url admin login after changing it.

  I stalled a plug in called all-in-one-wp-security-and-firewall.zip
  and when i went to the sent, i tried to change my wordpress admin url login which was http://www.goonlinemlm.com//wp-admin and i replaced wp-admin with something else to protect my blog from hackers. when i save and i signout, i failed to sign in again because both the old url login and the one i created failed to load.
  i tried to get support and i went to MY sql database of my hosting, i went to wp-options and i couldn’t see the id login staff, help me and advise me on how i can get my url admin login to post other blog posts
