How to get the WYSIWYG rich editor to appear again?

    I’ve switched from WIFI to dialup and used two different computers but WYSIWYG keeps disappreraing and I can’t get it back. Not to mention, updated the rich editor options several times. I desperately need the WSIYG so I can utilize the split post and linking functions. I know html, but it takes too long to do.

    Any advice on how to get it back is greatly appreciated!
