How to get to second page on my site

I signed up for a second page (not sure what it is called) on my blog site. We thought that my husband could post blogs on it. We named it—Phil’scorner, but when I go to my site it doesn’t show up. How do you get to Philscorner from the —familyhopeblog.com site?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It looks like you created an additional blog for your husband. You can find it right here:
http://vera4kinseygmail.wordpress.com/
And to switch back and forth you can go to your Dashboard and on the left hand side select “My Blogs”. You’ll see a list of the blogs which are attached to your account! The same username and password can be used to log in to either.

When I go to the familyhopeblog I cannot see anything that would get people to the second site, which my husband wants to blog on—phil'scorner, will they be able to?

Right now there isn’t anything, but you can create a link to it in any way you’d like. You can use the Menu feature to add a link there:
Or you can add a widget to link readers over to this other blog in Appearance >> Widgets. Your best bet there is probably using an image widget where you select an image which best represents your husband’s blog and then use the built in tool to make that image a link.
