How to get top on WordPress blog?

  May anybody help me to get top on WordPress blog. Im a new blogger on WordPress, so i dont know many thing about it. So anyway, i see WordPress in other languages i see some top blogs , top posts….?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  As far as getting on “top blogs” you have to have mega amounts of hits, most likely you would need over 500,000 per day to even get near the bottom spot. Look at the sites that are listed. They are seriously heavy hitters.
