How to get traffic to your blog?

  Hi,

  I recently joined WordPress therefore have only a few posts on my blog. However, I’m curious how people actually get real traffic to their blog and gain readership? Do you just blast it to a ton of friends and hope they pass it on or are there ways to become searchable or more popular? Any help would be appreciated.

  Copy and paste the button onto your blog, and wait for traffic!
