how to get widgets to show only on posts page?

  Hello,

  I’m trying to add follow / RSS widgets to my posts page (proshowcase), but when I try there’s no visibility option so the widgets turn up on every page of the whole site. Can anyone tell where I’m going wrong?

  Have you tried adding the widget to the sidebar first?

  Visibility button appears once you add the widget to any sidebar/footer.
  You can then set visibility and then save the widget.

  Thank you for your reply, much appreciated.

  I have added it to the sidebar / saved it, but the only edit options are sidebar position and inactivate. Could it be that some themes don’t have a visibility option?

  You have accessibility mode activated.

  Disable accessibility mode from the Screen Options at the upper right corner of the screen. You will then see the Visibility button.
