how to get wordads on a free blog

  Hi,
  I am trying to apply on wordads, followed the signup steps and I reached to the step that is, “Add Professional Email to gilgitbaltistanmarriageportal.org”. It is also mentioned down $5 per user/month. This money have to pay for what purpose?? What exactly I am going to do after following these steps?

  There is no cost involved in this aside from purchasing a domain mapping upgrade $18 per year.

  The only advertising program at WordPress.COM is called WordAds and it’s for blogs on their own domains.
