How to get WordPress support to reply ????

    Does anyone know how to get the support o reply ? and act on billing issues?

    I have been billed 2 times and the plan has not upgraded….

    I have billing issues and started contacting the support since 25th Sept, every day since then…. they keep displaying “answer within 24hrs”… but nothing happens… no reply at all.

    The support service is pitiful I am using wordpress for more than 10 years but I believe it is time to change….
