how to get wp working?

I’m finding your word processing program very frustrating. Here are a few examples:
1. when I try to add color to some text, it won’t change if it is bold. I have to un-bold it, make the change and then re-bold. Sometimes even this won’t work.
2. currently, if I highlight some text, the scroll won’t take me past the bottom of the screen.
3. lately when I try to save a draft, it gets hung up and I have to leave the page to break the cycle.
4. And there is more…
I’ve tried using wp in another browser, without result. Is there anything else I can do?

Have you always had this trouble? I only ask because your description of being “hung up” tends to stem from internet connection issues. Is it possible for you to try another wifi or network?
Also, can you tell me if you’re using the Classic browser, or the New browser?
