How to globally update links throughout my site?
-
Is there a way to do a “find and replace” operation on links throughout the content of our blog? For example, we would have a link to an admissions application PDF in Dropbox. This would be on the admissions page, but also might be in a navigation pulldown menu, linked to in a blog post, and perhaps also on some other page of content or as a featured link. How can we make sure that we are catching it everywhere and updating it when, for example, we update the document and therefore the link has to change everywhere globally on the site?

There is no find and replace capability on our blogs. :(

Do note that we have an Ideas Forum where you can post this as a suggestion. https://en.forums.wordpress.com/forum/ideas

Thanks timethief! I’ll post it in the Ideas Forum. Makes me miss the old flat html days… for five seconds… used to be a task you could zip through with Dreamweaver!!
