  we can’t ads on wordpress.com blogs.If you want to make money,then not the place to be.For that make a blog on wordpress.org or blogger.com

  If you attempt to place any advertising on your blog it can be deleted by Staff for violating wordpress.com Terms of Service. These are the types of blogs allowed and not allowed at wordpress.com > http://en.wordpress.com/types-of-blogs/

  As you want a monetized blog, your best bet is to hire a web host and get a free software download from wordpress.org. Here is where the differences are explained > http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  If you are not willing to pay $5 – $7 per month for web hosting then your alternative is to get a free blog from Blogger. As Google owns both Blogger and Adsense you can have Adsense advertising on a blogspot blog from Blogger.
