How to grab a button?

  I could like to grab a button and have a sidebar…how can I do that?

  Depending on what the code is, you can paste it into a text widget for your sidebar.

  Have you tried that and found it is not working? If so, then probably you are trying to use forbidden code which will be stripped out.

  The grab my button codes that work on Blogger blogs do not work on free hoisted WordPress.com blogs. However, devblog has created a grab my button generator for those of us who have free hosted WordPress.com blogs.
