How to have a display 'Related Posts' below all posts

  Hi,
  I have seen this wise feature in other blogs that they have a list of 4-5 posts which are displayed below the posts in a horizontal line and they keep scrolling. Ex if I have nail art post, the realted posts will be other couple of nail art posts scrolling horizontally .
  Or there could be something as ‘You may also like’ kind of smart thing where related articles keep scrolling.I am unable to find this in WOrdpress.com. Pls help me out to build my blog.
