As soon as you make a Post and publish it, it will show up on the front page of your blog
Are you asking about the blog linked to your name?

If you want to randomize your posts, you can do it, but for technical reasons you cannot make that the front page of your blog.
The URL of the link to get a random post is http:// estm82.wordpress.com/?random but you cannot select that to be a landing page. I have mine in a widget on the sidebar of my blog.
