  How do I allow people to follow my blog?

  Howdy –

  Great question. Folks who don’t use WordPress.com can sign up to get email notifications from your blog anytime you publish something new. There are some more details about the different options for setting that up on this page: https://wordpress.com/support/subscriptions-and-newsletters/ Give it a read and write back with more questions. I’ll be glad to help you.
  
  Folks who already use WordPress.com and follow similar content, or the tags you’re using on your posts will see your posts in their Reader feed directly inside their WordPress.com user account. When you’re signed in, look in the upper left corner and you’ll see My Sites and Reader.

  Hi thank you!! Looks like I need to add a “Follow Blog” button to my website… The blog page at a minimum… maybe on every page. Is there simple (I am not a designer) instructions to doing this? Also, would I be able to add email addresses to it manually. My goal is to allow people to get an email notification when I post a new blog. Thank you!!!

  If someone is logged into a WordPress.com account, they will see the follow button on every page:

  

  If they don’t have a WordPress.com account, you can also add the Subscribe Block to your sidebar area for your blog or anywhere on your pages that don’t have a sidebar (like your homepage).
