How to have form email notification go to different email address than author

I’ve added a form to a page on a blog in WordPress. I don’t want the email to come to me (as author of the page), so I used the email notifications tab in the custom form builder to specify a different email address (the same one used as the site admin email in the General Settings for the blog). It isn’t working. I’ve tried about 10 times to specify the different email, I save it, I update the page, I fill out & submit the form – and it keeps coming to my email address…..help me!

Here are the instructions – however the staff broke the Contact Form and are working on a fix so your problems might be related the the broken part of sending the email to more than one person – maybe they broke the form for any email not the Admin – I will flag this for staff attention maybe they can give you more info

If you mean the form on “Inquiry Form” I don’t see any alternative email addresses saved to the form.
If you don’t save a different email address, it will be sent to the blog’s notification address.

Yes, I mean the “Inquiry Form”. The problem is I put the email address in, and save it, and the little yellow box appears and says “saved successfully”, and I update the page, but when I test it it doesn’t work, and I go back and I see what you saw – no email address in the field. It goes away.

Oh, now I also see the reply from auxlass. Thanks. I think it must be related to the broken part of something because I have done what the instructions say. But also, just fyi, I’m only trying to send it to one email address, and the one I’m trying to sent it to is also the admin email address.

This could be related, we’re working on the previous issue now, so let’s see if that fixes it.

Whew! I guess I should learn to ask for help sooner. I’ve tried about 10 times using different emails, clearing catches, etc. Please advise me when you have the issue resolved.
