How to have two different names, avatars and logins for two blogs I manage?

  I have two WordPress sites soggymush.wordpress.com and underthefluorescentlight.wordpress.com. I would like one to be under my pen name while the other under my real name. At the moment both sites show my pen name and avatar. How could I have two different names and avatars for my sites? Also sign to those sites separately using different logins and passwords. Thank you!
