Sorry for insufficient details.
I have
home page: example.com
blog page: example.com/blog
post page: example.com/blog/post-1Now, I am showing summary of post 1 on two pages i.e example.com and example.com/blog, currently these two summaries are same. But I want to publish unique summaries on these pages. So how can I have two excerpts for one post.
Thanks

Please give us the URL of the actual blog, because depending on the version of the software the answer varies.

Raincoaster, I am sorry but I am not authorized share URL. The version using is WordPress 3.4.2.
Thank you

Since you are using 3.4.2 – you need to go over to WordPress.ORG to get help – they are the keepers of the software you are using and you are not hosted here
-
The site you are asking about does not seem to be hosted on WordPress.COM so you need to make friends over at WordPress.ORG the keepers of the software you are using.
This site is for support of sites hosted on WordPress.COM. You should address your questions to WordPress.ORG the keepers of the software you are using: http://wordpress.org/support/
For more on the difference: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you are asking for help with a WordPress.COM site then we need a link to that site to give you accurate help.
