How to hide author name, date, and category name on post?

  Hello,

  I would like to remove/hide author name, date, and category name on posts. I have tried adding this to Customize > Additional CSS but didn’t work:

  .item-author, .item-category { display: none; }

  

  How can I possibly remove them properly?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, which we really can’t help with here.
