How to hide certain pages from the Navigation menu?

Hello!
Well, there are certain pages on my Blog that I want to link manually. I don’t want each and everyone of them showing up in the navigation menu. Is there anyway to fix this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Yes. Create a custom menu and include only the items you wish to include in it. http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/
