How to Hide Notify Checkboxes in Posts?

How do I hide the “Notify me of follow-up comments via email.” section of posts? I would like to only have the only for posts themselves, and maybe even neither one. Thanks!!

If comment notifications are enabled, the post author will receive an email when a new comment is left on a post they wrote. Comment notification emails are sent to the post author using the email address listed in Users -> Personal Settings in the dashboard.
You don not have to enable this setting. See here to disable them by doing the reverse > http://en.support.wordpress.com/following-comments/#enabling-follow-comments-on-your-site
