How to hide "page entry title" from the mobile view
-
I’m trying to hide the “page entry title” from the mobile view. I’ve tried
body.mobile-theme .entry-title {
display: none;
}and many other combinations to no avail. Assistance is appreciated.

Hi Luke,
Just to make sure I’m looking at the right place, you’d like to remove titles like “O’Brien Smash Repairs – Home” from your site’s front page on mobile devices, right? You can use CSS like this to target that title:
.mobile-theme .entry-title { display: none; }In the Customizer, under the CSS editor, as long as the box next to “Include this CSS in the Mobile Theme” is checked, that CSS will be included in the mobile view.
If that doesn’t work, please leave the CSS in there and let me know so I can take a closer look for you. :)

Yep that is correct I want the “O’Brien Smash Repairs – Home” removed from mobile devices, I’ve managed to remove it from the desktop version.
Tried your code but unfortunately it didn’t work, I’ve left it in there for you.
Thanks heaps for your help!
PS please ignore the other H1 that’s there, my colleague seems to be playing around and have only just noticed it.
Cheers

Hi Luke,
Sorry about that! I discovered that the setting “Include this CSS in the Mobile Theme” wasn’t working, even though the box was checked there, so none of your custom CSS was being applied to the mobile view. I just unchecked it and rechecked it, and now your custom CSS is showing up there.
Please let me know if I can do anything more to help!

You are awesome! Thanks heaps for that.
So weird you had to do that though, I was scratching my head there for a while.
Much appreciated.

You’re welcome! It looks like that was just a one-time glitch, but if the problem comes back please let me know. :)
