How to hide/remove “category:”?
-
Hello, I’m just starting to learn how to setup a blog to keep record for myself.
I made a main menu in the header and added two sub menus to it and whenever I click the submenus, “Category: ” shows up above the each post. Is there a way to remove that “Category: ” or hide? I just want to see the posts located in each category.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there!
It will require some custom CSS code to hide the category archive title, which can be done with the WordPress.com Premium plan or higher.
You could also create separate pages for those categories and insert a Blog Posts block or a Query Loop block. You can configure these blocks to show the latest posts only from the category you choose. This will be similar to how the category archives work now, but you won’t see the “Category” title.
Hope that helps!
