How to hide tags in WordPress

  Hello, Hope every one is good. i need to how can i hide my tags in WordPress, i tried many tutorials but didn’t work. my theme is: http://forpcapps.net . and also i need to know if i hide my post tags, do Google able to search them. or tags hide from Googel crawler also ?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I see only categories on that site, not tags. That said, these forums are for sites hosted on WordPress.com, but you’re running the WordPress software on your own hosting. If you need further help with the self-hosted version of Gridbox, feel free to post in its forum at WordPress.org:
