How to hide the editing header from my live site?

  • Unknown's avatar

    Hi there
I’m new and a novice so apologies if this seems obvious – I have created a website and purchased a domain name (www.captivateconsultancy.co.uk) I want to link my wordpress site to this domain but it currently displays the black WordPress strip across the top. It says ‘My Site / Reader’ and looks like the editing strip where I would customize the page. How do I hide this from view on the ‘live’ site?
    Thanks in advance!
    Jo

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can’t hide the header, that is a violation of the Terms of Service – the header is visible when someone is logged in – so it is MY header when I visit your site. If you don’t want to look at the header then log out.

    You be welcome

PS the header is also visible on the VIP Hosting sites (the costs start at $20,000/yr)
