How to hide the title of my page ON the page in AutoFocus theme

I’m using the theme AutoFocus. I have 6 pages (“home,” “bio,” “blog,” etc.) in my menu. I’ll use an example to explain support my question. When I am on the “home” page, “HOME” is at the top of the page (under the menu) in huge letters, and the same for the other 5 pages.

Is there way to remove the title of the page on the actual page? I don’t think it’s necessary as the title of the page is underlined in the menu. Also, it looks cluttered.

I found an old thread with the same question however the website is different from when they first answered it. When I edit my pages, I can only edit “Visual” and “Text.” I don’t see an html option.

    Thank you.
