How to host and make a website

  Hi,

  I’m really new to that and I want to know how to start. I want to host a website for free and I don’t know how I have to start my website. I downloaded the WordPress files, but don’t understand what to do with that.

  We provide support only for free hosted WordPress.com blogs here. We do not provide support for locally hosted WordPress.ORG software installs. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
