  a) This forum is manned by volunteers, you’ll have to be patient for someone to reply. Also, we have other things to do; we’re not in front of the computer reloading the page just waiting for someone to post a new question.

  Response time can also take up to 24 hours (or more), so again, be patient.

  b) If you can’t wait, you can always search the forums to find your answer. Your question has been asked several times, and has been answered several times as well.
