How to I change the default avatar size for comments?

    I’m using 3.5.1, the latest version. I noted that when viewing the source code of the page. Im using the theme twentytwelve.

    <img alt=” src=” class=’avatar avatar-44 photo’ height=’44’ width=’44’ />

    It’s set to 44×44. I tried googling but nothing is showing up for some reason. It’s all old stuff. Maybe I’m using the wrong keywords.
