How to I connect my category subjects with my menu topics?

It looks like you made it work!When I view your site, I see links in the menu that correspond with the Categories you created. Is your mission accomplished, or can I help with anything else?

When I attempt to try to add a blog post to any specific menu subject they only appear on the home page. I want the menu topics to link to the post in the category and I seem to be missing the “glue”. For example I tired to post under empowerment and it only showed up on the home page. I tried this for all my menu pages, and it did not work. Even with matching categories, and using my categories to create the menu pages. Still not working. My research suggest that I need some code to make that happen? Or is there another method?

I see your posts appearing under Health and About Me as well.
If you’re not seeing the same thing, can you please try clearing out your cache and cookies using the guide below?
Then take another look at your site.

I paid for help so it is resolved but if you could explain what to do that would be helpful. What are the steps to do that exact application? And while I have you do you know much about how to get ad sense?

I think what may have occurred originally was that you created Pages, thinking that your categorized Posts would be published there. Those Pages were the menu items at the top of your site. However, posts are not published on regular Pages. So, when you clicked on the menu links, nothing appeared.
What you needed to do was remove those menu items, and replace them with Category links. Whenever you create a category and add posts to it, it creates a Category “page” where those posts are published. Those Category links were what you wanted in your menu. Not Pages.
