  How to I convert my existing blog to a wordpress blog. My current one is with Quick Blogcast. (http://blog.bestcoach4u.com). I’m technology challenged – a complete novice – and gratefully welcome any/all the help you can provide. Thank you!!!

  That’s not something that we can directly import, but we may be able to make something work if your blog has an RSS feed. Does it?
