Suddenly, when I upload a photo, the IPTC metadata shows up as a caption underneath it. I’m unable to delete the caption without deleting the photo.

Hi there,
I took a look at your site, and I’m not seeing the meta data for the photos. Perhaps I am not looking in the right area.
Please direct me to the place where this appears, and I’ll try to help out!
Thanks much :)

Hi-
Here’s a link with an example of my problem:
https://scottweaverphotos.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=9691&action=edit
The caption (or file info) posts underneath the photo.
I’ve have never had this problem.
I can’t delete the caption without deleting the photo.
Can I somehow disable the caption?
Thanks again.

Hey there!
Thanks for that link. Very helpful!
Since you have the Premium upgrade, you can adjust your theme’s CSS to hide those captions.
If you’d like to give this a try, go to your customizer by clicking the link below:
https://scottweaverphotos.wordpress.com/wp-admin/customize.php?Then, click CSS in your menu. In the CSS Revisions box, please paste the following underneath all existing text:
#content .wp-caption p.wp-caption-text {
visibility: hidden;
}Then Save your changes. That should do the trick!
For more detailed instruction on how you can make CSS adjustments on your own, take a look at these two links:
