It looks like you just registered your domain 12 days ago. Due to regulations by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN), domains cannot be transferred within the first 60 days of purchase. This is a rule enforced across all registrars, and there is no way to bypass it. You will need to wait for this period to end to transfer your domain.
Once 60 days have passed, you’ll need to login to your WordPress.com blog’s dashboard, then follow this guide to transfer your domain to the new registrar. It outlines the required steps to login to the domain manager and get your EPP code.

This is the answer I got from Happiness Engineers this morning after he verified the transfer process I had done on Friday. I asked for it to be check for accuracy.
You did indeed. At this point, you just need to use Bluehost’s “one-click” WordPress installer from within their control panel. They should be able to assist you with that if you have any trouble.`
That is why I am asking for EPP address although it appears that the website is already there.

Your domain’s nameservers have been updated to point to Bluehost–this is why the Bluehost page is displaying. You can continue to use your domain with Bluehost without transferring the domain from WordPress.com (you can simply handle the transfer later, after the 60 day window has passed).
The instructions you received were correct:
At this point, you just need to use Bluehost’s “one-click” WordPress installer from within their control panel. They should be able to assist you with that if you have any trouble.
You should be able to create a WordPress blog directly through your Bluehost control panel, and everything will be good to go.

So are you saying that I finished transferring my account
-
That’s correct. Everything is currently pointing to Bluehost.
Your domain name is currently still associated with your WordPress.com account, but it also points to Bluehost. You can transfer the domain name in a few weeks time, as I indicated previously.
