How to I get a comment form below each post instead of the "comments" link?

  Instead of having a comment form, I have a comment link. How can I replace the link, with a comment form that is more of a call-to-action?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Literally the only way to have comments on the main page of the blog is to use the theme P2, which is designed to replicate a forum. Otherwise it is not possible at WordPress.com.
