How to I give a blog I 'own' to someone else?

  I have a community wordpress blog at sema4seasons.com I don’t have time to run or administer it and want to hand it over – ownership and administration – to someone else. What is the best way I can do this? What steps do I need to take and where do I start? Does wordpress provide a guide to such a process? I’ve looked but can’t find anything that makes sense to me I’m afraid.

  I’’d be happy to transfer your blog to a new owner for you!

  This transfer would include a domain registration for sema4seasons.com.

  Is this correct?
