How to I give a programmer access to customize to my wordpress.com blog?

    Hi, I want to have my programmer modify my blog (adding social media icons in the side bar) but he is saying that he doesnt have FTP access / would need the files pushed to our agencies GIT for him to be able to work with my blog site. Can you let me know how I’d go about setting him up with access?

    We don’t allow FTP access at WordPress.com, but you can give him access to your Custom Design panel by inviting him as an Administrator via Users -> Invite New in your blog’s Dashboard.

    Please note that Administrators can do everything, even delete your posts, so make sure that you’re okay with giving him that power.
