How to I make images into links?

  I have a number of “resouces” pages where I list certain professional associations. I would like the links to be in the font and color of the assocaition with it’s logo attached rather than just the words xxxx association. I am sure this is easy but I don’t seem to be asking the right question to get an answer in the search function. I have tried saving the name/logo as a file and then inserting it but it doesn’t seem to work. Any ideas.
