How to I own content other's give to me.
-
I have enlisted a group of people to volunteer an article for a section on my site. I have made it clear that I will neither be charging them or paying them for their article, but will be happy to add an introduction of them within that page. my question is, do I need to present them with a contract in order to legally own the content ( not the portion with their information)
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I can’t address the content ownership issue – your site looks legit – however you probably need to be a bit extra careful with some of the subjects – please review the links below
You might also review the TOS before you get too far along:

Thank you for pointing that out. I reviewed all of the links and I see what you mean. I have some questions though, because I have viewed many other sites about specific MLM companies containing links, how is it possible for me to do the same or are those sites just violating the TOS as well? I’m not trying to promote any of the links just hoping to fully inform my readers.

You are confusing blogs hosted by wordpress.COM and WordPress.ORG installs on paid hosting. There are no MLM pyramid schemes allowed on blogs hosted by wordpress.COM. For that ones needs to hire a web host http://wordpress.ORG/hosting and set up a wordpress.ORG software install.
We provide support only for sites hosted by wordpress.COM and that site is not one of them. We do not provide support for it here at WordPress.COM. You are posting to the wrong support forum for help with that site.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_PageSee also https://apps.wordpress.org/support/

Sorry I ought to have omitted that sentence from my copy and paste answer.
Bottom line: To move your content and domain see Moving to a Self-Hosted WordPress Site https://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-to-a-self-hosted-wordpress-site/

Lets see if the staff have any guidance – I have flagged this for their attention
just my observation over time – they seem to be really death on MLM stuff – a lot of abuse in that area – have ran across people that did not do well in the MLM stuff and got hurt real bad – they tend to prey on people hopes and hammer those that can afford it the least – I hate the MLM stuff for the reasons above

I’ve been online for 10 years and I’m with you. I have seen countless no value blogs wherein newbie bloggers are telling others how to make money from MLM blogging and affiliate blogging, when, in fact, they know less than I learned in the first 6 months of blogging.

i understand what you guys mean. I only mean to provide information, not to recruit and promote for myself, since i am not involved with direct sales anymore. The direct sales portion of my site is not going to be the main focus either.
Im looking into moving my site over now.
This didn’t exactly answer my question, but helped me out a great deal with something i wasn’t aware of before so thank you all! -
