How to I register an existing blog?

Hi!
I’ve got a wordpress powered blog on a custom domain. When blogging I’ve just logged on to tthat domain directly, but today I logged in to wordpress.com for the first time. Although my login information worked it doesn’t seem to have my blog registered anywhere. Do you know how I can register my blog with this profile?
I’ve tried searching the support site and the forums, but I can’t seem to find an answer.

Will you please provide the .wordpress.com URL starting with http:// for the blog in question? Have purchased domain mapping from WordPress.com? Or have your purchased a site redirect from WordPress.com?
